Growth Product Manager
We're looking for a Growth Product Manager who'll play a pivotal role in helping us unlock the next stage of Mob's growth, by driving smart, incremental improvements across web and app.

Weekly cooking is those Monday-Friday breakfasts, lunches and dinners, that are boring and time-consuming. You don’t have any energy, but you want something tasty and healthy. What You'll Be Doing
We’re entering an exciting new phase at Mob as we develop a deeper understanding of our bullseye user and target a deeper level of product market fit. The right Growth Product Manager will play a pivotal role in helping us get there, driving smart, incremental improvements that unlock meaningful growth.
We’re looking for someone to own Growth across Mob app + web (including but not limited to CRO and onboarding journeys). From the moment a user lands on our product to their first taste of value, you’ll be in charge of turning high-quality traffic into highly engaged, retained users. You'll collaborate closely with growth, product, engineering and design to run experiments, refine journeys, and make sure every touchpoint nudges people towards becoming happy, paying customers.
Key Responsibilities
Drive growth (CRO, onboarding) across all our products
Own all growth experimentation across app and web (e.g. from first visit to trial start)
Be responsible for hitting the KPIs you’re entrusted with
Own trial-to-premium conversion experiments, collaborating with the Lead Product Manager to get users to value as quickly as possible
Define a clear growth roadmap with prioritised tests, tracked outcomes, and documented learnings
Collaborate tightly with design, engineering, data, and marketing to ship experiments (including but not limited optimising app store assets, web/mobile landing page experiments, landing page experiments)
Improve onboarding and activation flows to deliver early product value
Manage paywall design, pricing experiments, and placements for monetisation
Report on key funnel metrics including activation, LTV, and conversion rates
Platforms & Tools Expertise
Using tools such as Superwall, Mixpanel, PostHog, and RevenueCat

You're a driven, data-informed product manager with a deep understanding of growth and commercial levers. You thrive in high-velocity environments and get a buzz from shaving seconds off a user journey, boosting conversions through smart, well-designed tests. You bring rigour to experimentation and love working hands-on with design, data, and development to ship and iterate fast. You balance the analytical with the human. You understand that behind every datapoint is a person making a decision.

Salary range: £70,000-£90,000

Reporting to: Ben Lebus (CEO)
Location: We’re based at our East London office 3 days a week
Sponsorship: We are able to offer Tier 2 sponsorship for this role
