Performance Marketing Lead

What You’ll Be Doing
We are looking for someone to come into the business to own performance marketing, driving conversion onto both our digital products (app + web). They will be responsible for setting the strategy to scale this channel. This will start as both a strategic + executional role.
Scale acquisition on a consumer subscription product across performance marketing channels (Meta, TikTok) from low level budget to +£300K per month.
Work closely with a lead creative and running a rigorous data driven, experiment-oriented creative work flow, iterating to find winning/unicorn ads to drive scale.
Scale ads to overseas territories, specifically English speaking countries AUS, US, CAN.
Understanding of unit economics relating to a subscription business (CPA, CAC:LTV, CVR), and how to optimise campaigns towards these. Experience clearly communicating clear datapoints to wider business
Scaling Apple Search Ads
Utilize AI products to make the workflow seamless etc - there is a lot of lift that can be done by products now, not everything needs a new hire.
Ideally - experience with a more holistic approach to growth, looking at user flows once the user has arrived at the landing page, all the way through to trial start.
Ideally - experience working across dual digital product flows (website + app)
What You'll Bring
5-6 years experience in performance marketing, ideally for a subscription D2C brand that has scaled spend from low to £300k monthly.
Proven experience using Paid on Meta and TikTok is critical for this role.
A data-driven and analytical mindset is hugely important for this role
Intellectual curiosity and the ambition to grow and develop into a growth leader.
A readiness to roll up your sleeves and get to work scaling an a new exciting product

Location: We’re based at our East London office 3 days a week
Sponsorship: We are able to offer Tier 2 sponsorship for this role.
