The Role
We’re looking for a sharp, fast, and creative Video Producer with editing skills and a strong sense of what performs on social media. In this role, you’ll join a team creating and editing Mob’s paid media video content - scripting, producing and creating high-performing assets optimised for Paid Media.
You’ll work closely with our Growth and Content teams to test creative angles, iterate based on performance data, and make ads that don’t feel like ads.
Your work will sit at the heart of Mob’s user acquisition efforts, helping us scale Mob Premium and supercharge growth.

Salary range: £36,000-£42,000k
Location: We’re based at our East London office minimum 3 days a week

Key Responsibilities
Create High-Performing, Social-First Content promoting our premium subscription.
Own the Post-Production Process editing engaging video ads for TikTok, Reels, and Meta
Collaborate Across Teams
Work closely with the Growth and Content teams, including performance marketing and creative leads, to produce ideas that align with brand strategy and user acquisition goals.
Be Curious & Push Creative Boundaries
Continuously develop your own skill set to push the boundaries of what we can create. We want content that stands out from the crowded social space.
Take Creative Control
From scripting to producing and shooting - bring ideas to life. This includes crafting quick-fire ad concepts, capturing footage (if needed), and developing content that resonates with our audience.
Optimise for Performance
Leverage performance data from Meta, TikTok, and other platforms to test, learn, and rapidly iterate. You’re comfortable killing your darlings and doubling down on what works.
Champion Social-First Storytelling
Stay obsessed with figuring out what works. Lead with bold hooks, tight narratives, and platform-native techniques. Stay on top of the latest formats and innovations in paid social.
Balance Speed and Craft
Deliver a consistent drumbeat of high-performing creative, while knowing when to slow down and finesse the details that make content truly stand out.
Other Responsibilities
Manage logging, ingesting, and organising footage from shoots
Provide detailed edit feedback to the wider team
Create bespoke After Effects animations when needed
Platforms & Tools Expertise
Editing Software: Adobe Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects
Google Drive, Slack, Notion
Bonus: Figma (for lightweight overlays and titles)
Who You Are
What We're Looking For
You’re a sharp, dynamic content producer who gets what makes people stop scrolling. You have the creativity to tell stories in 15 seconds, the data awareness to know when to pivot, and the charisma to make paid content feel personal. You’ve got on-camera confidence and know how to make content that converts—without it ever feeling like a traditional ad. You understand social-first production and have a sixth sense for what works on TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
You’re hands-on, collaborative, and thrive in an environment where performance matters - but so does personality.
What You'll Need
- 2+ years in social video production, ideally within a consumer brand or performance marketing team.
- Experience creating paid or conversion-focused content (bonus if you’ve produced it or even been in it)
- Strong video editing skills and a fast workflow
- Understanding of ad creative formats and best practices across TikTok and Meta
- Ability to rapidly test and iterate creative based on data
- Bonus: experience working with food, DTC brands, or mobile-first platforms

What’s in it for you?
The salary banding for this role is £36,000-£42,000. We keep our pay ranges broad on purpose to give us, and you, flexibility to match your experience.
You’ll be eligible for a 2% on-target bonus, paid quarterly.
