The Role
We’re looking for someone highly organised and proactive to join us as our Office Manager & People Coordinator.
This hybrid role is a key part of our next growth chapter - supporting the People function while making sure our UK office runs smoothly, efficiently, and remains a great place to work. This role is a great opportunity for an experienced Office Manager who wants to expand their skills into HR. You'll act as the first point of contact for People queries, help deliver a brilliant employee experience from Day 1, and keep our workspace welcoming, professional, and compliant.
Reporting to the Senior People Business Partner, you’ll have a varied role with hands-on exposure across People operations, office management, and employee engagement. As we scale, we’re building the foundations for structured, compliant, and scalable processes — and you’ll play a big part in making that happen.

Please note, this is an on-site role with hours from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management (c. 60%):
Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies management, hybrid work setup, and facilities coordination
Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and service providers
Ensure Health & Safety compliance (risk assessments, DSE checks, first aid coordination)
Organise hot-desking arrangements and equipment provisioning as the team scales
People Administration (c. 20%):
Manage recruitment administration: schedule interviews, liaise with recruiters and candidates, and maintain tracking tools
Support onboarding and off-boarding processes: organise onboarding sessions and ensure tech and equipment setup
Prepare employment documents: offer letters, contracts, and compliance checks
Update and maintain employee data in our HRIS (Personio)
Employee Experience (c. 20%):
Contribute to a professional, consistent employee journey from recruitment through onboarding
Assist with internal events, such as monthly all-hands meetings, socials, and celebrations
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the employee and office experience
Who You Are
What You'll Need
- At least 2 years’ experience in an Office Manager role
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and comfortable with learning new systems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
