The Role
Mob is entering a huge phase of growth, and Paid Media sits at the core of our strategy. As our Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll be instrumental in scaling one of the most exciting digital brands out there. With a massive organic following and access to some of the best creative talent in the industry, you’ll have the tools and support to launch campaigns that truly cut through.
You’ll join a high-performing growth team of three, leading performance across Meta, TikTok, and other key channels while exploring new ones. You’ll take ownership of strategy, execution, and optimisation across web and app campaigns, working closely with our creative, product, and data teams to drive meaningful growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop & Execute Paid Strategy
Plan and implement performance marketing initiatives targeted at priority global markets, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
Identify region-specific trends, channels, and growth opportunities; test and scale new channels.
Campaign Management & Optimisation
Oversee day-to-day management of paid channels (e.g., Paid Social: Meta), including budget allocation, creative asset management, ad copywriting, and creative requests.
Continuously monitor, analyse, and optimise campaigns for KPIs.
Scale new channels and promote experimentation to enhance app performance through Google App Network, Apple Ads, and Paid Search.
Drive continuous experimentation with targeting and creative strategies to achieve efficient CPA and uncover new growth opportunities.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Data, Finance, Product, and broader Marketing teams to ensure accurate tracking, measurement, and reporting of campaigns.
Provide detailed briefs to the creative team, sharing insights on best-performing assets and requirements for formats and quantities.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Manage day-to-day campaign reporting, monitor key metrics across channels (CVR, CPA, LTV), build pacing reports, and channel forecasts, and provide actionable insights.
Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance updates with recommendations for ongoing improvements.
Maintain a strategic perspective on delivering results at target CPA, identifying new opportunities and contributing to quarterly planning workflows.
Stay Current on Trends & Tools
Stay up-to-date with the latest ad tech, attribution methods, and analytics solutions.
Keep informed about industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.
Recommend tools and platforms to enhance targeting, measurement, and global campaign scalability.

Who You Are
What We're Looking For
Experience
5+ years of relevant experience working in an in-house growth marketing team.
Proven track record of owning paid growth marketing channels and scaling subscription brands across web and app.
Technical Skills
Proficient in Meta Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and other relevant channels and tools.
Strong understanding of bidding strategies, attribution models, and campaign management for web and app products.
Experience working with marketing APIs and automation tools.
Analytical Skills
Advanced data analysis and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable strategies.
Creativity
Strong copywriting skills with a proven ability to craft engaging, high-performing ad creatives.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
What You'll Need
5+ years of experience in performance marketing, agency or in-house
Ideally to have experience with B2C, subscription brands, scaling UK brands globally, ideally web and app products.
Hands-on experience and deep understanding of paid social best practice, effective campaign setup and optimisation. Experience with scaling Meta and TikTok.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds and changing priorities
Ability to create processes from scratch and improve ongoing workflows.
