What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone to drive the development of the Mobile product - building innovative features to solve user problems whilst ensuring best engineering practices and processes are upheld. 

Who are you?

A Senior Flutter Developer who's passionate about owning the codebase and delivering great products through cross-functional collaboration.

Is this role for you?

You'll thrive as a Senior Flutter Developer at Mob if you’re a goal-oriented, self-starter who enjoys fast-paced environments, building the best product for users, and maintaining codebase health with best practices.

This role won’t suit you if you prefer predefined, narrow tasks; prioritise slow, deliberate testing over shipping; or want to avoid hands-on codebase maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver complex Mobile app projects.
• Implement and uphold best practices for the Mobile codebase, driving continuous improvements.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Backend, and QA teams.
• Mentor and support the growth of Flutter Engineers.
• Provide feedback to Leadership on critical initiatives and engineering direction.

What You'll Need:

• 3 years Flutter experience
  
• 4-5 years Mobile development experience
  
• 7+ year overall engineering experience
  
• Great understanding of engineering best practices and their application in Mobile Engineering
  
• Excellent cross-function collaboration skills
  
• Experience with working in small startups and owning a product codebase
